03Private residence
Our largest two-storey residence has generous rooms, ramp access and a spacious ground-floor bathroom. The rear upper bedroom has a balcony; the front bedroom does not. The induction stovetop is available and working; the oven/stove and dishwasher are non-functional and not available for guest use.

The twin beds may be separable depending on the fixed bedside-shelf arrangement in each room.
Shared facilities
The shared 15 × 5 m pool is approximately 1.3 m deep and includes an integrated jacuzzi and a small shallow pool.
The pool may be used only while the personnel required by applicable law are on site. There is no continuously active lifeguard on duty. No diving. Guests must follow all staff instructions and pool rules, take responsibility for their own wellbeing, and actively supervise children and everyone in their party.
Around the property
Guests are welcome to enjoy the concrete garden paths. The newly planted landscape is still maturing; please stay off planted areas, where irrigation equipment may also create a tripping hazard.
Free, shaded on-site parking is available for up to six cars. The parking surface is unpaved and finished with gravel.
